Throwback Thursday

This throwback fits right in with our lemon theme this week. Last year I made these Vanilla Bean Cupcakes with Lemon Buttercream for our dear friends Brandy and George. When I delivered them she said, “ these are adult cupcakes!” I couldn’t agree more. These airy cupcakes were decorated simply but elegantly with fresh mint and blueberries, a lemon wafer cookie and crystal sugar sprinkles. Yes, adults deserve sprinkles too!
