TBT: Brown Sugar Bundt Cake
This has to be my favorite bundt cake ever! I’ll use any excuse to make it - birthday, anniversary, Arbor Day, Monday - whatever it takes.
What makes this so delicious is the salted butterscotch glaze. And the deep molasses notes from the brown sugar. Oh, and I can’t forget the cardamom, the unique and fragrant spice. Heck, who am I kidding? Every aspect of this cake is just perfect! For breakfast with a cup of coffee or for a sweet end to your meal….anytime is a good time for a slice!
