When our friend came to us for her birthday sweet, only a pie would do; a streusel pie at that! We decided on this rustic peach pie to satisfy her craving and satisfy it did!

Locked inside a cornmeal butter crust and a simple crumble topping lays the perfectly baked peach in all it’s juicy glory. The addition of the warm spices cinnamon, ginger and cloves elevate this humble pie to a ridiculously tasty affair. Served warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and your taste buds will die a happy death.
