TBT: Summer Edition

As I always say “When the heat gets going the tough get out of the kitchen!” Or ,“If you must bake in the heat, make sure your AC is on.” No one enjoys a hot house so I try my best not to turn the oven on unless I have an order (like this Saturday…stay tuned for the post). Since the heat dial is turning up a few notches I thought it would be fun to take a look back at some of our favorite desserts that have come out of our kitchen.

Summer wouldn’t be summer without roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, melty, chocolaty goodness and sweet, crunchy graham crackers. Sadly, not everyone has a fire pit handy - that’s where these super addictive s’mores tartlets come to the rescue! A traditional buttery graham cracker crust holds up a sinfully dark chocolate pudding, topped with toasted marshmallow frosting….man, I need a fire pit STAT!
